Permanent roofline lights are more than a holiday decoration. They stay in place all year, so your home looks finished and welcoming on an ordinary evening, not just in December.
Because they stay up, there are no strands to hang and take down each season. The lights become part of how your home looks from the street: a clean line of light along the roofline that adds curb appeal night after night.
Through October 31, 2026, a basic installation is $599 for a single-story home up to 150 linear feet or $1,199 for a two-story home up to 250 linear feet. Longer rooflines and non-standard conditions are quoted separately, and you approve any additional work before installation.

Through October 31, 2026, the promotional rate is $10 per square foot of heated surface. Your final quote is based on the measured heated surface area and a review of your project: we measure on site, and you approve a written price before any work is scheduled.
