We install high-quality lighting, never bargain fixtures: permanent roofline lighting and 90 fixtures for floors and paths, plants and landscaping, and walls, in Standard, Premium and Luxury grades, plus lighting on the house itself. Every option can be added in the 3D studio, previewed at dusk and priced with the rest of your project.
Path lights
Low fixtures that light walkways, steps and bed edges without glare.

Post lanterns
A 6 ft lantern that marks a patio corner, gate or garden entry.

Lighting on the house
Permanent roofline lighting with high-quality, commercial-grade LED rope lighting, plus wall lanterns, barn lights, cylinders and live-flame gas lanterns by the doors, soffit downlights, facade up-lighting and motion floods.
String lights
Commercial-grade bistro lights over a patio, on poles or a pergola.
Built-in lighting
Deck post caps, stair and step risers, wall caps, recessed lights in solid pergola roofs, string lights on every other pergola and under-counter kitchen LEDs.
Color
Candlelight (2200K), warm white (2700K), soft white (3000K) or cool white (4000K), plus color-changing fixtures and roofline lights for holidays and game days.
Fixture finish
Matte black, oil-rubbed bronze, textured graphite or white, marine-grade stainless, solid brass, antique brass or solid copper.
Quality
We use high-quality, commercial-grade LED rope lighting for permanent roofline installations, and weather-rated LED fixtures with quality wiring and controls everywhere else, chosen to look great and hold up season after season.
Controls
Photocell and timer, astronomic timer, smart app control, whole-home automation with scenes, or a wall switch, with up to six separately controlled zones.
